Shipping & Delivery Policy 

TRADQ Beauty — Mobile App & Online Store 

How we process, ship, and deliver your TRADQ orders.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how TRADQ Beauty processes and delivers orders placed through the Platform. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. 

1. Delivery Options 

Home or business delivery 

Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. A flat shipping fee of $9 applies to standard delivery unless a different rate, free-shipping offer, or promotion is shown at checkout. 

Store pickup 

You may choose to collect your order free of charge from our store at 3359 W Walnut St #200, Garland, TX 75042, United States. We will notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and a valid photo ID when you collect it. 

2. Order Processing 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed or the order is approved. 

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. 

  • Some products are subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and to stock availability; we will contact you if an item is delayed or unavailable, and you may choose a replacement, backorder, or refund. 

3. Delivery Times & Areas 

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. 

  • We currently ship within the United States. Some remote areas may require additional transit time or charges, which will be shown at checkout where applicable. 

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events beyond our control. 

4. Shipping Costs & Taxes 

Shipping charges and applicable sales tax are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order. All amounts are in U.S. Dollars (USD). 

5. Order Tracking 

Where available, tracking details are provided, and your order status is shown in the app under “My Orders.” You will also receive push notifications as your order moves from confirmed to shipped to delivered. 

6. Inspection, Damage & Delivery Issues 

  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. 

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tradq.us, including your order number and photos, so we can arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution. 

  • If a delivery is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address or a failure to collect, we may charge reasonable re-delivery costs. 

7. Returns & Refunds 

Eligible, unused, and unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Terms & Conditions. For health and safety reasons, certain opened cosmetics and final-sale items are not returnable. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
