TRADQ Beauty — Mobile App & Online Store
Please read these terms carefully before using the TRADQ app or placing an order.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TRADQ Beauty mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by TRADQ Beauty (“TRADQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About TRADQ
TRADQ is an online store for beauty and nail supplies, including gels, acrylics, lacquers, and related professional products. The Platform is open to the public; anyone who meets the eligibility requirements below may create an account, browse the catalog, and place orders. Registered business and trade customers may also qualify for trade or volume pricing where offered.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and one-time passcodes (OTPs) confidential.
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Your Account
You may register using your email address and password, or by requesting a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your mobile phone number. By providing your mobile phone number and requesting an OTP, you consent to receive account-related text messages from TRADQ — including authentication codes, login verification messages, password reset codes, and account security notifications — as further described in Section 13. Message frequency varies based on account activity, and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
Notify us immediately at the contact details below if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
4. Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless a product is marked as tax-inclusive.
Standard, trade, volume, and tier pricing may differ depending on your account and the quantity ordered. Some products carry a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), which is shown on the product.
We work to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate, but do not warrant that they are error-free. We may correct errors and change or update prices, descriptions, and availability at any time, including after an order is submitted.
Product images are for illustration and actual products may vary. Beauty and cosmetic products should be used only as directed by the manufacturer and in accordance with all applicable safety guidance.
5. Orders & Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and a binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or quantity limits — and we will refund any amount already charged for a cancelled order.
6. Payment
Accepted methods. We accept card payments processed securely by Stripe, cash on delivery where offered, and approved trade-credit terms (such as NET 30) for eligible business accounts. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including products, applicable taxes, and shipping.
If your account is approved for trade-credit terms, you agree to pay each invoice in full by its due date. Overdue balances may result in suspension of credit privileges, holds on future orders, and recovery of reasonable collection costs permitted by law.
7. Coupons & Promotions
Coupons and promotional discounts are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited to one use per customer or account, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated.
8. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and in-store pickup are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or collection of the products, and title passes once we receive payment in full.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Unless required otherwise by law, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original, resalable packaging. For health and safety reasons, certain items — including opened cosmetics, used products, and clearance or final-sale items — are not returnable. To start a return, contact us or use the Returns option in the app. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us promptly; once an order has shipped, our return process applies.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by: reselling or commercializing access to it; attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt it; submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information; infringing the intellectual property or other rights of others; or using the Platform in violation of any applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software — are owned by or licensed to TRADQ and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. Third-party brand and product names are the property of their respective owners.
12. Third-Party Services
The Platform uses third-party services to operate, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (OTP/SMS verification), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Sentry (diagnostics), and Amazon Web Services (hosting and media). Your use of certain features may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of third parties.
13. SMS Messaging Program
TRADQ uses SMS messaging solely for account authentication, account security, and related transactional communications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program. By providing your mobile phone number and requesting account access, registration, login verification, password reset, or other account-related services, you expressly consent to receive text messages from TRADQ.
Messages may include:
One-time passcodes (OTPs)
Login and identity verification messages
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
Password reset verification codes
Account security notifications
Other account-related transactional communications
Message frequency varies based on your use of the Platform and the security actions you initiate.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and service plan. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-out. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will cease sending SMS messages to that number, except where necessary to process your opt-out request or where otherwise permitted by law. Opting out of authentication messages may prevent you from logging in or completing account verification.

Privacy and information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers may be disclosed only to service providers (such as Twilio) that help us deliver the messaging service, and only for that purpose.
Delivery. SMS message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and TRADQ does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or timely delivery of text messages.
14. Disclaimers
The Platform and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRADQ’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. TRADQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRADQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the app and on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
